I photograph Seattle-area weddings with an editorial approach, using both film and digital photography to create a gallery that feels refined, natural, and true to the experience you created. Each medium brings something different: film offers a depth and softness that feels timeless, while digital gives me the flexibility and precision to respond to the day as it unfolds.
Careful Preparation
Much of the work happens well before your wedding day. I take the time to understand what matters to you and your partner, then use my trusted framework to design the photographic approach around your celebration. Your priorities, aesthetic, and vision help shape the direction, while I consider the details behind the scenes, from timing and light to location and composition, and how they all work together. When your wedding arrives, the creative direction is already in place, allowing you to be present and enjoy the celebration while I carry that vision through the day.
My Process
01 – Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation to understand your priorities, your aesthetic, how you want your wedding day to feel, and how I can help bring it to life. This ensures the work ahead is aligned from the start.
02 – Securing Your Date
Your date is officially secured once your agreement is signed and retainer is complete. I have flexible payment plans available to make the investment smooth and tailored to your budget.
03 – Planning & Alignment
I collaborate with your creative team to design photography coverage that reflects the soul of your celebration. We factor in light, setting, and timing, as well as your artistic goals.
04 – Engagement Session
The engagement session allows us to get to know each other. Together, we design an experience that complements the broader story you want to tell. It’s also an opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera while giving me insight into your dynamic and how to make you feel the most at ease.
05 – The Wedding Day
With the preparation behind you, photography is one less thing to think about. You can be fully present knowing I have the plan, and every detail behind it, covered.
06 – Gallery Reveal & Heirloom Design
Following the wedding, you’ll receive a link to your private gallery reveal, where you can return to the day and see the story we created together. From there, we’ll design the heirloom pieces that will bring those photographs into your home and keep them part of your life for years to come.
